Shipping and refunds

Shipping

  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. In the event of any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified at the time of ordering.
  • Free shipping is available for orders exceeding R1000. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates will be calculated based on the destination address provided at checkout.
  • Please note that certain remote or outlying areas may incur additional surcharges, which will be determined by the courier service.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier’s schedule. An estimated delivery window will be provided upon shipping.

Refunds

  • If a product is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, despite adherence to proper storage guidelines, customers are eligible for a refund. Claims must be submitted within 27 hours of the respective packaging being opened.
  • All refund requests will be evaluated and processed within 7 business days. Refunds may be issued either as a store credit or back to the original payment method, depending on customer preference.
  • Products that are not defective but returned due to customer preference must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. In such cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.
